This Shipping Policy applies to jewellery purchased from Varni Jewels through varnijewels.com.
1. Order Processing
Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment and order verification.
Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional events or periods of high demand.
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Jewellery
Custom-designed, engraved, resized and made-to-order jewellery requires additional production time.
The estimated production period will be displayed on the product page, communicated during design approval or included in your order confirmation. Depending on the product, production may take approximately 7–21 business days before shipping.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on:
Delivery destination
Package value and weight
Selected delivery method
Insurance requirements
Applicable promotions
Any available free-shipping offer will be subject to the conditions displayed on the website.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.
Typical estimated delivery times are:
Domestic standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Domestic express shipping: 1–3 business days
International shipping: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.
5. Order Verification
For security and fraud prevention, we may verify your payment, billing address, delivery address or identity before shipping a high-value order.
Verification may delay processing. If additional information is required, we will contact you using the details provided with the order.
6. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
7. Insurance and Signature
High-value jewellery shipments may be insured and require an adult signature at delivery.
The carrier may not leave such packages unattended. Please ensure that an authorised adult is available at the delivery address. Identification may be required.
8. Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch.
Additional shipping or redelivery charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted.
For security reasons, we may not be able to redirect high-value packages after dispatch.
9. P.O. Boxes and Restricted Addresses
Some insured or high-value orders cannot be delivered to:
P.O. boxes
Parcel lockers
Freight-forwarding addresses
Hotels or temporary accommodation
Certain remote or restricted locations
We may request an alternative verified residential or business address before shipping.
10. Delivery Delays
Deliveries may be delayed because of:
Severe weather or natural disasters
Carrier disruptions
Customs inspections
Public holidays
Incorrect delivery information
Payment or identity verification
Events outside our reasonable control
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include accepting a revised shipping date or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund.
11. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to:

Customs taxes
Brokerage fees
Local handling charges
Customs inspections
Unless expressly included during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the relevant authority or carrier.
Customers must ensure that jewellery and precious materials can legally be imported into their country. Varni Jewels is not responsible for delays, seizures or additional costs caused by customs regulations or incomplete customer documentation.
12. Failed or Refused Delivery
If a delivery fails because no authorised recipient is available, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery or refusal:
The original shipping charges may not be refunded.
Return shipping and customs charges may be deducted from the refund.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request redelivery.
Custom, engraved, resized and personalised products remain subject to our return restrictions.
13. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Inspect the package before accepting delivery whenever possible.
If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with:
Refuse delivery where appropriate, or note the damage with the carrier.
Photograph the package, shipping label and product.
Keep all packaging materials.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue.
14. Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement or the package has not arrived within the expected period, contact us at [email protected].
We will open an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements for lost packages will be considered after the carrier completes its investigation.
15. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot find it:
Check around the delivery location.
Ask household members, building management or neighbours.
Contact the shipping carrier.
Notify Varni Jewels promptly.
We will assist with the carrier investigation but cannot guarantee replacement or refund where the carrier confirms proper delivery to the address provided.
16. Separate Shipments
Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately because of availability, customisation or fulfilment requirements.
When possible, separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
